What is the difference between porcelain and bone china tableware for hotels?

PATRA porcelain is vitrified at high temperature from kaolin, feldspar and quartz, giving it the mechanical strength and rim durability required for high-turnover banquet and buffet service. Bone china adds bone ash to the body, producing a whiter, translucent and lighter piece with exceptional strength for fine-dining and signature à la carte settings.

Is PATRA tableware suitable for commercial dishwashers and microwaves?

Yes. All white ware bodies are fully vitrified, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Decorated items with gold or platinum banding require the care guidance published in our Use & Care section to protect the precious-metal decoration over long service life.

Can PATRA produce custom logo decoration for hotel groups?

Yes. Our in-house design studio develops custom shapes, rim treatments, in-glaze and on-glaze decals, and brand-logo applications. Colour matching, artwork proofing and pre-production samples are handled by our own decoration and R&D teams.

Does PATRA supply distributors and importers outside Thailand?

PATRA works with appointed distributors, hospitality supply houses and project contractors across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Oceania and the Americas. Territory partnerships are arranged through our Become a Distributor programme.
